Spa Etiquette
To help you make the most of your time at Authenticity, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you time to unwind & inform our staff of any special needs. All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late your service will end on time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Out of respect for other clients please switch off mobile phones.
Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for others we require a minimum 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Less than 8 hours notice will incur a 50% fee charge. A no-show will be charged at full price.
Food & Beverage at the Spa
Mineral Waters, Fresh juices, Premium Organic Wines, Organic Coffee and a variety of other refreshing beverages, snacks and meals may be purchased at the Café or from Spa Staff between treatments (time allowing) by all Day Spa clients. We request that beverages, food and/or snack items from outside of the Spa environment are not consumed on premises.
